• «Collaborate to Compete» seminar organized jointly by the département d'études urbaines et touristiques (DEUT) at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and by the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (TRSHTM) at the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM Ryerson). It will be held in Toronto April 30th and May 1st.

• Conférences et pâté chinois, a series of conferences dedicated to the socio-cultural aspects of food, under the direction of Professor Jean-Pierre Lemasson. They have bee presented in the fall of 2009.
