Launch of the Cuizine Journal

• Cuizine, a new Canadian journal founded at the initiative of McGill University, has just published its first issue online. A Canadian first, this peer-reviewed e-journal, proposes to address food and cooking issues from many perspectives such as social sciences, literature and management.
